Tom Bradbury
Biography
Tom Bradbury is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Tom is the newest Attorney at Stark Law Group and will be focusing on both workers’ compensation and employment related matters.
Prior to joining Stark Law Group, Tom was a dedicated public servant with over ten years of federal civilian service within the Department of Defense, most recently with the Department of the Navy. Previous to his service with the Department of the Navy, he served as the Military & Family Readiness Program Manager for the Pennsylvania National Guard. In this role, he oversaw numerous state wide programs in support of the Pennsylvania military community. He also provided oversight for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program within Pennsylvania and he received the Seven Seals award in recognition of his committed advocacy for the program.
Tom also proudly served in the Army National Guard for over twelve years as an enlisted service member and a commissioned officer. He served as an enlisted combat engineer within the 213th Regional Support Group and later as a field artillery officer assigned to the 56th Stryker Combat Brigade Team. He deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2010. While conducting operations in Iraq he received a pair of military awards and earned a Combat Action Badge.
Tom completed his Bachelor of Science in Networking and System Security Administration from Peirce College in Philadelphia. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener Law Commonwealth in Harrisburg. During his time at Widener Law, Tom was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society for one year and served as the Society’s President for another.
He currently lives in Cumberland county with his wife and daughter. In his free time he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, watching sports, reading various types of novels, and spending quality time with his family.
Tom is excited to begin a new chapter in his professional career and looks forward to advocating for those experiencing workers’ compensation related issues as well as those navigating employment related challenges.
